My name is Gregory Lim and this is my first year at Esperanza. I have been an Education Specialist for 4 years while working with students with special needs for 10 years in total. I love working with this student population because they help me see the world through their eyes, giving me a whole new perspective on life as a whole. I earned by Bachelor's degree from California State Fullerton and my Master's in Special Education from National University. My time outside of Esperanza is dedicated to my family. I have been happily married for 15 years and I am constantly amazed how quickly that time has gone by. I love being a father to two amazing children, a newly minted 13 year old (who has been a teenager for at least 3 years prior) and a 7 year old who is already beginning to act like a 10 year old. I look forward to finishing this year strong and making those dreams a reality.
